Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At IMAGINAT, we are dedicated to transforming your memories and dreams into hyper-realistic 3D art. Because our products range from custom-made commissions to curated designs, our policy is structured to reflect the unique nature of each item.
1. Custom Commissioned Products (Signature Replicas & DreamScapes)
All Signature Replicas and DreamScapes are custom-manufactured specifically for you based on your unique photos and AI-generated designs.

Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process (3D printing) has begun.

Approval Process: We provide a Digital Proof for every custom order. Once you approve this proof, you are authorizing the final print. Refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons (e.g., "I imagined it differently") if the final product matches the approved digital preview.
2. Curated Gallery Products (Home Decor, Toys, Accessories)
For non-custom items purchased from our Curated Gallery:

3. Damages and Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our Full-color Rigid Resin. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hola@imaginat.studio within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item.
To process a damage claim, we require:

Clear photos of the damaged figurine.

Photos of the original packaging.
Note on Fragility: Our figurines are made of professional-grade SQ-2A Rigid Resin. While highly detailed, this material is brittle and intended for display only. Damage caused by handling (such as dropping the figure) is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Start a Return (Standard Products Only)

Return Shipping: For defective items or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For "change of mind" returns on standard items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
