Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to IMAGINAT. Every figurine we create is a unique "tactile archive"—a combination of advanced AI design and industrial-grade 3D printing. Unlike mass-produced items, our products are made-to-order in our Barcelona studio.

1. The Crafting Process (Production Time)

Because each Signature Replica and DreamScape requires custom digital sculpting and high-resolution printing, your order undergoes a multi-step journey before it ships:

  • Digital Design & Proofing: 1–3 business days. We will send you a 360° digital preview for approval.

  • 3D Printing & Post-Processing: 3–5 business days. We print at a microscopic $30\text{ }\mu\text{m}$ layer height to ensure 720 x 2880 DPI detail. This is followed by a specialized "wash" to remove water-soluble supports and a final UV cure.

  • Total Production Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Transit Times

Once your figurine passes our final quality inspection, it is handed over to our premium courier partners (SEUR, Correos, or DHL).

Note: Transit times are estimates and do not include the production time mentioned above.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Spain (Peninsula): Flat rate of €5.95 (FREE on orders over €80).

  • Canary Islands (Spain): €9.99 (Standard). Please note that the Canary Islands are outside the EU customs territory. Orders may be subject to local import taxes (IGIC) and handling fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • European Union: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International: Calculated at checkout.

4. Secure & Fragile Packaging

Our figurines are made of professional SQ-2A Rigid Resin. While this material captures stunning detail (500,000+ colors), it is brittle.

  • Custom Protection: Every IMAGINAT figure is shipped in specialized, high-impact foam packaging to prevent delicate features (like fingers or hair) from snapping during transit.

  • Discreet Branding: Our outer shipping boxes are discreet to ensure the safety of your high-value collectible.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched from Barcelona, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Within the EU: No customs duties apply. VAT is included in your checkout total.

  • Outside the EU: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. IMAGINAT has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because our products are custom commissions, we cannot redirect packages once they have left our studio. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your figurine arrives damaged, please contact us at hola@imaginat.studio within 7 days of delivery. We require clear photos of the damage and the original packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
